Return and Refund Policy

New unused Can-Emitors, Filters, and Parts, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. When Can-Emitors and Filters are used and have any paint residue on them they fall into the hazardous material category and cannot be returned.

If the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product or product quantity, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return/exchange. If American Gas Products is responsible for the mistake the cost of the shipping and/or exchange will be handled by the company at no cost to the customer.

Buyer must contact American Gas Products directly at (714) 494-9229 – (sales@americangasproducts.com) prior to returning any products.

Buyer is also responsible for the safety and risk of loss of the products returned. Products that are being returned must be packaged so the items are safe from damage or the customer may incur additional fees. When the returned products are received by American Gas Products they will be evaluated for refund which will be credited to the customer based on the condition of the returned products.

All returns must:

• Be New or Unused products with no paint residue on them
• Contain all original parts and components originally delivered with the products
• Correctly packaged in either the original packaging the product was shipped in or something equivalent
